The SAFER credit is meant only for MSMEs who are seeking financing to establish or build their businesses as well as those seeking to recover from the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic
The SAFER Credit can be accessed through loan applications with any of the following list of Saccos and MFBs under the Project (put link to partner PFIs)
An MSME is qualified for funding under the SAFER Credit if the are a duly registered business with compliance with tax laws

The SAFER Grievance Mechanism (GM) is a system established to receive, assess, and resolve complaints or grievances from stakeholders who may be affected by the implementation of the SAFER project. It provides an accessible, transparent, and accountable process for addressing issues related to project activities, including environmental and social impacts, financial services, or operational concerns.

All grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours of submission, and you will receive a response within [10 working days].
Once you submit your grievance, it will be acknowledged and registered in our system. The complaint will be reviewed and assessed by the Grievance Committee, and you may be contacted for further information if necessary. Our team will work on resolving the issue, and we will communicate the proposed resolution within [10working days]. If the grievance is complex, we may require additional time, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.
