This component is geared towards building the technical capacity of the project beneficiary entities who include the Credit Guarantee scheme (currently being housed at the National Treasury, strengthening governance and institutional capacity of Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) such as SACCOs and MFBs, strengthen the Financial Sector Regulators such as CBK and SASRA as well as government entities such as KNEST and MSEA and Project Management Support including coordination and fiduciary safeguards to the project.
